Shipping & Returns

Returns Policy

Returns are accepted under the following terms. Merchandise that has been in the water or has been worn in any manner is considered "used" and will not be accepted as a return. Items labeled as Demos or Closeouts/Used are sold as is and cannot be returned. New items (unworn with tags and receipt) may be returned for exchange or store credit at the expense of the purchaser (customer) within 30 days of purchase date. In order for Summers Ski Shop to process any return a valid reason has to be issued via email to Summers Ski Shop. Summers Ski Shop will review the reason and make the determination at that point as to how the respective return will be processed. Once Summers Ski Shop makes its determination the customer will be issued a return authorization to ship the return back to Summers Ski Shop. Once the product is received and inspected for any damage the customer should expect to receive their store credit or exchanged item within four weeks. Returns are NOT accepted for water skis of any kind and Reflex Hardshell Water Ski Boots unless a warranty issue is claimed. Warranties are issued by the manufacturer, and are not the responsibility of Summers Ski Shop which includes any owners, employees, or anyone involved with the daily operations of Summers Ski Shop. 

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail once we've received and processed the returned item. Once your return is authorized please ship your return items, with tags attached, to the following address: Summers Ski Shop, Attn: Returns, 5257 Summers Creek Road, Olive Branch, MS 38654.


Shipping

Free shipping is ground/priority mail shipping to physical addresses in the Continental USA.  Other expedited shipping options are available at the buyer's expense for convenience purposes. When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Estimates for shipping other than ground shipping will be provided at checkout. Most in stock orders will ship the next day. Drop ship orders may take at least 2 days to process. Eagle vests in peak season (spring, summer) will sometimes take up to 6 weeks to ship as they are drop shipped from Eagle. Please email us prior to making an order for Eagle Vests as we can give you a more accurate turnaround time for shipping. 

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based.  To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
